Then an online spiritual coaching process is a wonderful way to support and strengthen your process.

These sessons are suitable for people who feel that they have a soul mission to help others. Often these are coaches, therapists, healers who start a practice as well as spiritual writers or creators. Many of my clients are very sensitive and often also look for ways to cope with their sensitivity so that it can become their strength.

My style and approach are motivating, solution-oriented but also empathetic and I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. I combine spiritual support, exercises and knowledge with my experience as a psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapist, solution-oriented therapist and mindfulness-based coach.

The sessions

During the process we have an online session every two to four weeks via skype. We take time at the beginning to clarify your intentions and goals. The total process consists of five sessions. In the meantime, you will start working with your themes, you use exercises and you can mail me in the interim if necessary. I regularly send information or exercises by mail in response to the matters discussed in the sessions. This keeps the process going in a nice flow.

It is possible that I recommend your crystal angel essences to support the process.

A session lasts 45-60 minutes.

If you like it, we can freely schedule a short introductory meeting via telephone or skype. We make an appointment by mail. As a rule, the sessions take place between 11 am and 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday Dutch time. Take into account an average waiting time of 4 weeks. Payment is made in advance.

For anyone who appreciates an approach in which psychological techniques (I have 15 years of experience as a psychologist) are combined with a holistic and spiritual approach (I am trained as an Angel Therapy coach, Angel Card Reader by Doreen Virtue and Angelic Reiki Teacher).
